Plus: everything went well, clean room, nice that there is possibility to cook in the room. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Minus: at the time there was several electricity/elevator problem so we could not go up and down the elevator, or we need to be picked up by staff to use service elevator. Also it’s better if there are unlimited drink water since it’s quite crucial (to cook as well). It could also be quite confusing to find which building the residence by lorin is in Mangkuluhur complex, we kept dealing with lost taxis.

There was an issue checking in which took some time to resolve but the fantastic Manager (sorry, can’t remember his name) sorted it out and continued the excellent service with directions etc throughout my stay. The apartment was spacious and is on par with Meriton Suites properties in Australia. Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioning worked well, cleaned three days a week (and the cleaning was excellent), and the staff was great. We felt that the value was exceptional for what we paid. We’ll stay here again.

Plus: everything went well, clean room, nice that there is possibility to cook in the room. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
